Water melons and kiwi are dead easy just put the seeds in some seeding compost, cover them with a thin layer of compost then cover the pot with clear plastic and keep them warm and moist, remove plastic once the seedlings are through . They grow fast once they have started and need loads of warmth and water - average temp of 20C. The melons grow large so really need to be in a conservatory or greenhouse. The kiwi are climbers and will grow okay outside in summer.ee this which may be helpful:http://www.which.co.uk/documents/pdf/gro鈥?/a>
