Can you advise me on omega 3?

I try to eat walnuts a couple of times a week. I eat a handful of mixed nuts every day. I always use Extra Virgin Olive Oil..... Am I doing enough? Can you advise me on omega 3?
The Omegas 3 - 6 - 9 are plentiful in Hemp Seed -- No, you cannot get 'high' on it and it is perfectly legal. It is an entirely different species. Some of Nature's Path Cereals contain Hemp Seed or Flax Seed both high in the omegas. There are also at least 2 brands of Hemp Milk (Manitoba and Hemp Bliss) which is off the charts with protein content and is also high in all thee Omegas. Can you advise me on omega 3?
yes.. i eat a palm ful of walnuts as a snack.. I try to add them to salads and stir fries and sometimes in my morning yogurt or on cereal..

I also use olive oil..

I eat salmon, tuna, and sardines at least 2 times a week

and I have a bag of flax seed in my fridge that I take a couple of tablespoons and grind them up myself in a mini coffee/spice grinder and I put it in a jar keep in fridge and use as a sprinkle on cereals, soups, in my baked goods etc for that extra omega boost..
If you want more, you can make chia pudding:

Lots to read here, I hope it helps!
I think you are getting enough, don't worry. :)

I can't use olive oil for cooking but I eat walnuts and almonds everyday, or try to.

So I don't get as much as you and i'm doing fine. But keep at what your doing, don't take in any less.
Sources like various oils, flax seeds, chia seed, and various nuts are FAR higher in omega-3 than fish oil.

So yes, you are doing enough.
Here's the Vegetarian Society Information sheet, Omega 3 fats -

I'm vegan and avoid fish so I rely on other sources for it. Walnuts are good. Walnut oil can be used to make baked goods. I love it in muffins! Flax is another great source.
Flaxseed oil would be beneficial too.
The best source of omega 3 is from fresh sardines, herring is a good second choice.
i take this supplement thats vegan from boots

flax seed oil 1050 mg rich in omega 3's gelatin free
Take one or two supplements a day. No, you are not doing enough on your own.
