Does the condo Board have to advise of bylaw changes?

Your condominium bylaws will have a written procedure of how amendments and changes are accomplished and the manner in which condo members are to be notified.

You need to pull out your copy of the bylaws as these documents are very individualized to the circumstances of that property and therefore there is no way to definitively answer your question.Does the condo Board have to advise of bylaw changes?
I have already checked our bylaws and other rules and the RCWs and there is nothing about notice other than notice of meetings. Nothing about notice after amendments are made. Is there any other law? We are in Washington.

Thanks

they should, to prevent anyone from saying ';you never informed me of any changes';...
