This is only one individual e-mail address and the person is listed in my address book with her e-mail. This happened before, again with only this one sender-and it spontaneously resolved. She has checked her internet provider and there does not seem to be any problems on that end.I am having difficulty receiving e-mail from one address, they return to her as undeliverable-any advise?

Try having it sent to someone you know. Then that person can forward it to you. It may or may not work.
Sometimes you need to email them first. Try that. and then have them try to email you.
did she accidentially block you from her in box?
