I have contacts and when i try to put them in, they stay on my finger. Any advise?

Make sure the lens is moist but your finger is completely dry. That way the lens will attract to the moisture of your eyes rather than come out on your finger againI have contacts and when i try to put them in, they stay on my finger. Any advise?
Make sure you have them right side out, the edges should look well rounded.


You can try putting a drop or two of saline or lubricating drops on the inner part of the lens and try keeping the drops in as you make contact with your eye. It's best to insert on the white part of the eye right above the bottom lid, then slowly move your focus towards the lens to adjust it into position.
