I poured Redex in my astra's petrol tank before filling up. Now exhaust emission light comes on. pls advise?

Yes, it changes the oxygen in the fuel.You can burn lean and smoke your motor. Depending on whether you have petrol or diesel will make a difference also. Just dont use it to much and have your emissions checked. Also make sure the petrol capis tight.
