You need a business plan.
Find a suitable location, cost the rent/rates and identify your market, local competition.
Apply to your local council for the animal housing spec's and build your cages, tanks according to those. Then apply for a trading license.
Identify your wholesale suppliers and animal suppliers.
Promote your business through advertising and normally a free piece in your local paper.I want to open a pet store.What advise could anyone please give me on how to go about this?
