I'm about 4-6 weeks pregnant & have low level of HCG(213) & nothing can be seen in the sonograms. Any advise?

I've had HCG Level testing as of 8/14: 25 08/17:86 08/23:204 08/25:213. I've had 3 vaginal sonos and they can't seem to find anything. Is this an ectopic, miscarriage or are there any possibilities for this to carry on to a safe pregnancy? I really want to expect the best.I'm about 4-6 weeks pregnant %26amp; have low level of HCG(213) %26amp; nothing can be seen in the sonograms. Any advise?
Sweetheart, anything can happen. I was at about 4-6 weeks myself, when I went in for severe abd. pain. Based on a belly sono, AND vaginal sono, there was no baby according to the ER doc. Based on my HCG levels, my OB was not to sure either- I was asked if I wanted to schedule a DNC, or if I wanted to wait it out. I was told by ER doc that I was having a miscarriage for sure. I now have a beautiful 2 1/2 year old, because I waited it out, and he is smarter than ever- despite the fact that he was fried with radiation from contrast dye. God has a plan- be patient, and the best of luck to you.I'm about 4-6 weeks pregnant %26amp; have low level of HCG(213) %26amp; nothing can be seen in the sonograms. Any advise?
No need to worry right now. Your HCGs are rising and it is a little early to see anything. If you start to have pain or bleeding call your Doc right away, but for now ...... relax and enjoy. Everything sounds ok.
According to my dr you really can't see anything until 6 weeks. His office won't do an u/s until 8 weeks unless they have reason to do one earlier. As for your numbers: I would think you're closer to four weeks than six weeks. Numbers vary so greatly from pregnancy to pregnacy.. Here's a link that tells you the range and what's normal for each week: http://www.birth.com.au/class.asp?class=鈥?/a>

I would get your level rested in a couple of days. Good luck!!
you better consult to your doctor so that you will know about your health and you can treat it in advance before it will go to severe cases.
I had the same problem...it was a faint positive...I went for a vaginal u/s at 9 weeks only to find a sac with nothing in it...it was a blighted ovum where sperm and egg met, but didn't grow. Wait a week or so...ask for a vaginal u/s as it is much more precise at the early stages of pregnancy...my fingers are crossed for you.
The rise in hcg should've went up alot more than it did between 8/23 and 8/25....It just didn't seem right...I would ask for another ultrasound.
I worked in a doctor's office for years and I will draw blood to check the levels of women to determine pregnacy and also to determine miscarriages. I am sorry to say but I personally think you may be miscarring or your dates may be off. Talk to your OB GYN Wait now that I look at your record your numbers are getting higher but they are low if it was a miscarriage they will be getting lower. or not moving at all. Talk to your OB this is not normal.
than expect the best

hsg levels dont go up until further on in your pregnancy, you may not be as far as you think u are.

at 4-6 weeks a pregnancy test probably wouldnt even show up the only way to know for sure would be to do a blood test they are 100%

good luck
