I signed W4 doc with a consultant for a job, whom am unable to contact right now. But I got a temporary job now, pls let me know if I need to do anything to void the W4 signed and submitted to the consultant.Inquiry reg W4 tax form. Please help with your advise.?

You do not need to worry about the W-4,it will not apply unless the consultant uses your services.No Work,No Pay,No Taxes.
