My car window woulnt go up, I think its the regulator can you advise me how i can fix it.?

My car window woulnt go up, someone told me that I had to change regulator can anyone advise me where or how I can fix it.?It is a 1994 infiniti j30.My car window woulnt go up, I think its the regulator can you advise me how i can fix it.?
definitely is insufficient info. and i would NOT try and fix it yourself, since you obviously don't know about cars. that happened to our car twice. it was the motor once, and the other time it was off it's track. anyway, you need to take it somewhere. if it's the motor, it'll be pretty costly, though. i say, just try and push it up, or be ghetto and cover it with a bag. you have to pull the door panel off and remove the glass from the regulator assembly first then remove the regulator assembly by drilling out the factory rivets then removing the regulator on it reverse this to install the new one,be careful as you do this not to damage the outer rubber seal on the door,or it will leak water in the door causing damage to the new regulator and motor ,good luck.
