Advise on law uk and Holland?

I had a window of my caravan broken by a boy from Uk playing football whilst on holiday in Holland.

I had to pay 拢200.00 to get fixed can i take family to small claims court to get money back or is it that it happened in Holland UK law with not be in force or are there any European laws that could assist me.Advise on law uk and Holland?
I am from Holland and in Holland the boy, or if a minor, the parents are responsible for the costs you made. The best is to immediately alert the parents and ask them to refund the costs you have to make. If they don't agree then you could inform the police.

Reading your story, I assume you are already back from holiday. That makes it much more difficult, if you have the parents contact information you could contact the parents and ask them for a refund.Advise on law uk and Holland?
You have the right to take the parents to small claims court in UK. Firstly write a polite letter to the parents requesting they pay the costs, provided they were aware at the time of the damage caused by the boy. You can not expect them to pay if they were not aware.
It is a criminal matter and must be dealt with by the police in Holland
It happened in Holland, so Dutch law will apply.
