my advice would be to find another insurance company and get a different policy set up before this one lapses. If you go through an independent agent, you can ask them to make the effective date the 9th but ask them not to charge your account until Friday.Most companies only require a couple months down payment. if your policy cancels it could cost you more in the end.I need advise on paying a overdo insurance bill.?
Many companies will give you 30 days grace period. If they get the money by 30 days late, it should be ok I think.
Well... I don't know if this will work or not for you...but you could try sending the check on Wednesday and then call them and let them know that the check is in the mail. They might not like that but you did make the deadline...and they might give it a few days to get there. So if they get it on Friday and the money is there Friday...it might all work out while the banks clear it , etc.

Well if you owe the 590 for previous months, you will owe it regardless if you let the policy cancel and go w/ a different company, because they provided you with insurance for that time. If you have an agent, you should be able to talk to them and ask them what they can do for you, however sometimes their hands are tied. I have to ask, 590 seems a lot. Is this for 6 months??? If so, can you change your plan to a monthly payment plan or pay half? If it is not, then have you shopped around, this would seem high for 1 or 2 payments. good luck!

loan some one (friends, family) money and since you are getting payed friday should be no problem....
call the day before tell them to give you a few more days...
or ask your employee to give you the money in advance
