keep fit either going to fitness classes, the gym or swimming is excellent and moisturise regularly, adn drink pleanty of water.

Moisturise and when you've moisturised enough,moisturise a lot more.Baby oil on wet skin as soon as you set foot out the bath/shower.Rub it in a bit then dry off the rest with a towel.Take collagen supplements before bed every night and drink lots of water!Bio-oil is also excellent,great results.

well, you can do exercises and you have to balance you hormones like consumating yourself, meaning drying out the fats you produce due to concieving and gaving birth, and from sustaining your baby, see your body is automated when you learn that your concieving, so it started producing extra nutrients, then when you gave birth the body doubles it up, then when your baby starts weaning it triples, thats why you bloat up, during concieving, when you give birth you losen some wheight, but the body ,knowing that you had child, tries to maintain to sustain it, then when you sustain your child itll triple to sustain you, have some ready sustanence, and a back up, know youll be asking if its automated already cause giving birth and weaning is almost the same!? nope entirely different story, see your body when you dislodge the baby, means that the lifeline it used to have, is gone, know when you were still concieving theres milk already!? but no! alas its no milk atall, its just preparation for your breast for weaning.
now when you first breastfeed your baby, do you think its milk??, the answer is no! its actually the nutrients the womb feeds the embryo, this is the time when your baby learns to breath in the nose!!! and practice to inflate and deflate his lungs and strengthen the lung cavity! now would you believe if i say your baby used to breath in the fallopian tube and feed in the anus?? so the body of a mom is comparable to Ms Dos program it is actually panicky but gradual on adaptation and transitions. So back to milk youll be producing milk like afterwards depending on hows your cycle is you will know on your wheight, body volume and the size of your abdomen. now you can actually command your body, you just have to know which keys to push, afterall whats body clock for anyway!!! Now people will say alot of things ask alot of questions reg, what I said, but believe you me, I know what Im talking about. you might say I was thin when I was pregnant, I was fat, I was this and i was that, but see heres the key, if you just knew yourself way before youll be in command! but if you do, dont over do it!!!
i think it is impossible, it all about the elasticity of your skin and weather you have fat deposits under the skin so when your skin stretches thats why you get stretch marks. i try moisturising everyday and night and good balance diet.i think thats all i can say really.
