I know they probably wont want to take a beaten up old car that has recently had it's window smashed, or a rubbish computer that i need to do my job anyway, but i'm am concerned about whether they will want to take my cd's, videos/dvd's my stereo and tv etc. Although they are all quite modest and not excatly new, i dont really know what to expect, if you have been through this please advise :)Can anybody advise me about what smaller assets are taken in Bankrupcy, cd's videos, dvds, old tv/stereos etc?
As far as I'm aware the little things have no sell on value so would be of any interest to them. I wouldn't bet against them taking the car though even if it is battered.

anything that is worth anything they will probably take, anything needed to do your job they wont.
