I am 50 year old man and I want to reduce the belly bulging. Please advise.Daily I am walking 30 mnt in T/M.?

I keep my diet and good life style. Also i have to reduce my weight about 4 kilo.I am 50 year old man and I want to reduce the belly bulging. Please advise.Daily I am walking 30 mnt in T/M.?
If you want to lose weight all round (and this will include your stomach), I suggest you walk for 40 mins at least per day (if you can increase this to an hour even better) . Walking at around 6kph would be a good speed (but this depends on how fit you are). A good speed is when you are sweating but can still hold a conversation with someone. Try to cut down on carbohydrates-bread, rice, pasta etc in your diet and also increase the amount of protein you eat-chicken, fish and lean meat.I am 50 year old man and I want to reduce the belly bulging. Exercising with a ball will help you isolate your ';core'; abdominal muscles. Also, try Pilates.
