he gets up @ 4am to go to work by 5:30 it takes him 10 minutes to get to work,he refuses to let them out for 5 minutes!Then when I get up @ 6:30 there is a mess for me to clean.I am only asking him to tie them out for a few minutes not walk them for a half an hour.Anyone have any suggestions?I need to get advise on b-friend,who won't put dogs out to potty in am 4:00 then when i get up @ 6:30 a mess?

Just tell him.....you get up early tie the dogs out for a few minutes so I don't have a mess to clean up, if you don't I'm leaving the mess for you.
Make him clean up the mess. Those dogs obviously need to go to the bathroom right away ! But he won' take them out.
Leave the mess for HIM to clean up when he gets home. Or keep the dogs and lose the boyfriend.
Get a doggy door and ditch the lazy git.
I would put the dogs out at 4:00 a.m. kick him out too.
